Great North Care Network Busary
The bursary aims to support digital skills development and applications are invited from practitioners involved in direct care (health or social care), voluntary sector, education or research roles based in the North East and North Cumbria, particularly from practitioners who are new to informatics.
Applications of any size up to the bursary fund’s total value of £1500 are invited - applications for smaller amounts are welcome too, to maximise the impact of the fund.
The purpose is to help develop knowledge, skills or confidence in relation to any aspect of data or digital. That might be attending the 2019 ReWired event, funding a course attendance, conference travel or buying some books for your library.
In return, award recipients will be asked for a short blog piece (500 words) about how the grant was used.
The closing date for applications is 30 November 2018. Applications will be assessed by a small panel and recipients notified within a month of the closing date.
